The Amazing i-H20 

As most of us know, water is critical for life. We are composed of up to 75% water.

We spend billions a year on purchasing bottled water, and we try with all our might to drink up to 8 glasses a day but there are two questions that must be asked.   

Like any nutrient or ingredient, it is only as effective as it is able to be absorbed.
